Terms of Service

Expr · Version 2.0 · Effective October 20, 2026

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. These Terms include: (1) an agreement to resolve most disputes through binding individual arbitration, with a waiver of class actions and jury trials (Section 18), which you may opt out of within 30 days; (2) limits on EXPR's liability (Sections 14 and 15); (3) a one-year deadline for bringing claims (Section 17); and (4) your acknowledgement that gatherings are run by independent Organizers, not by EXPR (Section 4). You must be at least 18 to use EXPR.

1. About these Terms

1.1 Agreement. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and EXPR, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("EXPR", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the EXPR mobile applications, websites, and related services (together, the "Platform").

1.2 How you accept. You accept these Terms by checking the acceptance box and continuing when you create an account, or when you accept an updated version of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Platform.

1.3 Related documents. The following documents also apply where relevant:

If these documents conflict, the Organizer Terms control for Organizer activities, the Activity Waiver controls for the gathering it covers, and these Terms control in all other cases.

1.4 Definitions. "Organizer" means a user who creates, publishes, sells tickets to, or runs a gathering (sometimes called a host). "Attendee" means a user who discovers, RSVPs to, buys a ticket for, or checks in to a gathering. "Gathering" means any event, meetup, activity, or occasion listed on the Platform. "Ticket" includes free RSVPs and passes. "Content" means anything a user posts, uploads, sends, or shares through the Platform, including messages, photos, videos, profile information, reviews, and contact details shared by NFC or otherwise. "Check-in Record" means the record created when you scan in to or out of a gathering.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform you must:

You may have only one personal account. If you use the Platform on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it, and "you" includes that business or organization. We may ask you to verify your age or identity at any time. Giving a false date of birth is a serious breach of these Terms, and we will close any account we reasonably believe belongs to someone under 18.

3. Your account

You agree to give accurate, current, and complete information, keep it up to date, and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account, except to the extent it results from our breach of these Terms or from unauthorized access that was not your fault. Tell us promptly at admin@expr.live if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings in the app.

4. What EXPR is — and what it is not

4.1 Our role. EXPR provides technology that helps people discover gatherings, get tickets, check in, chat, build a record of gatherings attended, follow and connect with others, and share contact details.

4.2 Organizers run gatherings, not EXPR. Gatherings are created, owned, and operated by independent Organizers. EXPR does not organize, own, operate, control, supervise, inspect, or attend gatherings. EXPR is not responsible for any venue, route, activity, safety or security arrangement, permit, licence, insurance, food, alcohol, staff, equipment, or other attendee. Organizers are solely responsible for their gatherings, as set out in the Organizer Terms, and the contract for a ticket is between you and the Organizer.

4.3 We do not screen users. EXPR does not conduct criminal background checks or identity checks on users, and does not investigate users' backgrounds or intentions, unless we expressly say otherwise for a specific feature — and even then the check is limited to what we describe.

4.4 Verified check-ins and badges. A check-in, badge, or "verified" mark confirms one narrow fact only — for example, that an account scanned in to a gathering, or that certain profile information was confirmed through a stated process. It is not a statement or guarantee about any person's identity, character, honesty, intentions, safety, or trustworthiness. You must not fake, buy, sell, transfer, or manipulate check-ins, badges, or verification marks. We may add, change, withhold, or remove them at our discretion.

4.5 Changes to the Platform. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time. Features labelled beta, preview, or experimental may be incomplete and are provided as is.

4.6 Your licence to use the Platform. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for your personal use and, if you are an Organizer, for running gatherings under the Organizer Terms. EXPR and its licensors own all rights in the Platform, including its software, design, and trademarks. Except as these Terms allow, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Platform.

5. Community rules

You are responsible for your conduct on and off the Platform when it relates to the Platform, its gatherings, or people you met through it. You must not:

Meeting people in person. Use your own judgement. We recommend meeting in public places, telling a friend where you are going, arranging your own transport, and leaving if you feel unsafe. Report concerns to us and, in an emergency, to local emergency services.

6. Your Content

6.1 Ownership and licence. You keep ownership of your Content. You grant EXPR a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for example, to format or resize), display, and distribute your Content, and to let our service providers do so on our behalf, solely to operate, secure, improve, and promote the Platform. We will only use Content in promotion if you made it public on the Platform, and we will ask your permission before featuring your Content in advertising outside the Platform. This licence ends when you delete the Content or your account, except for: (a) Content you shared with others that they have kept or re-shared; (b) copies in backups for a limited period before routine deletion; and (c) copies we must keep to comply with law or resolve disputes.

6.2 Artificial intelligence. We will not use your private messages, or any of your other Content, to train generative AI models without your separate, opt-in consent.

6.3 Your promises. You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to your Content, that you have any consent the law requires from people who appear in it, and that it does not break the law or these Terms.

6.4 Shared Content can be copied. Anything you post publicly, share in a gathering chat, or send to another user — including contact details shared by NFC — can be viewed, saved, screenshotted, or re-shared by others outside our control, and we cannot fully recall it, even if you later delete it.

6.5 Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or payment to you.

6.6 No endorsement. We do not endorse Content posted by users, and it does not reflect our views.

7. Reporting, moderation, and appeals

7.1 Reporting. You can report Content, users, or gatherings using the report option in the app or by emailing admin@expr.live. We review reports and may remove Content, limit features, cancel listings, or suspend or close accounts. Where we believe there is a threat to someone's life or safety, or suspected child exploitation, we may share information with law enforcement as the law allows or requires.

7.2 Reasons and appeals. If we remove your Content or restrict your account, we will tell you what we did, the reason, and how to appeal, unless the law prevents it or doing so would create a risk to someone's safety or to an investigation. You may appeal within six months through the app or by emailing admin@expr.live. Appeals are reviewed by a person. If you live in the European Union, you may also have the right to use a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body.

7.3 No duty to monitor. We are not required to monitor Content or user conduct, and choosing to moderate does not make us responsible for Content or conduct we did not catch.

8. Copyright complaints

We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act. To file a notice, send our designated agent: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) identification of the material you claim is infringing and enough information for us to find it; (d) your contact details; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Designated agent: Copyright Agent, EXPR, Inc., admin@expr.live.

If your Content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice as provided by law. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.

9. Tickets, payments, fees, and refunds

9.1 Organizers sell tickets. The Organizer is the seller of each ticket. When you get a ticket, you enter into a contract with the Organizer, subject to the Organizer's terms and refund policy, which are shown before you complete your purchase.

9.2 Payment processing. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, currently Stripe, and are subject to the processor's terms. EXPR does not store your full card number.

9.3 Payments go directly to Organizers. Ticket payments are made directly to the Organizer's own payment account through our payment processor. EXPR does not receive or hold ticket money; our service fee, if any, is deducted automatically at the time of sale. The Organizer remains responsible for providing the gathering.

9.4 Prices and fees. Wherever we display a ticket price, we display the total price you will pay, including all mandatory fees charged by EXPR or the Organizer, and we show that total again before you pay. Applicable taxes are shown as required by law. Your bank or card issuer may charge separate currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.

9.5 EXPR fees. If a gathering is cancelled, or is materially changed and you accept a refund, we refund our service fee for that ticket. Otherwise, our fees are non-refundable unless the law requires a refund or we state otherwise at the time of purchase.

9.6 Ticket refunds. Refunds of the ticket price are the Organizer's responsibility and are governed by the Organizer's refund policy and applicable law. If a gathering is cancelled, or materially changed (for example, its date, location, or nature), the Organizer must offer you a full refund of the ticket price. Organizers issue refunds from their own payment account. If an Organizer fails to refund you, contact us at admin@expr.live: we may suspend the Organizer, and you may also dispute the charge with your card issuer.

9.7 Using your ticket. A ticket is a personal, revocable licence granted by the Organizer to attend the gathering. It may be transferred or resold only where the Organizer and the Platform allow. An Organizer may refuse entry or remove you under its lawful policies.

9.8 Chargebacks. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank so we can try to help. We may suspend accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive chargebacks.

9.9 Dated leisure tickets. If you live in the EU or the UK, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets for leisure activities on a specific date. This does not affect your right to a refund if a gathering is cancelled.

10. Listings of goods and services

Where the Platform lets users list goods or services connected to a gathering, the user who lists the item is the seller, EXPR is not a party to the sale, and the seller is responsible for describing it accurately, having the right and any licence to sell it, and delivering it. You may not list illegal goods or services; drugs or drug paraphernalia; weapons, ammunition, or explosives; counterfeit, stolen, or recalled goods; alcohol, tobacco, vapes, or other age-restricted products, except where we expressly allow it and it is lawful; live animals; sexual services; or anything else prohibited by law or our policies. We may remove any listing and suspend any seller who breaks these rules.

11. Gatherings and physical activities

11.1 Risk. Many gatherings involve physical activity (such as running, sports, fitness, hiking, or dancing), crowds, alcohol, travel, outdoor conditions including extreme heat, or other risks. These carry inherent risks of property damage, illness, serious injury, or death that cannot be eliminated, even with reasonable care.

11.2 Your responsibility. You take part voluntarily. You are responsible for judging whether a gathering is right for you, for knowing your own health and fitness limits, for consulting a doctor where appropriate, and for following the Organizer's safety instructions.

11.3 Activity Waiver. Before you get a ticket or RSVP, you must read and accept the Activity Waiver by checking a box. If you do not accept it, you cannot attend through the Platform.

11.4 Not an emergency service. EXPR is not an emergency or safety service and does not monitor gatherings in real time. In an emergency, contact local emergency services (for example, 999 in the UAE, 911 in the United States, or 112 in the European Union).

12. Privacy and security

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never defeat them. If a security incident affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where the law requires. You are responsible for keeping your password and device secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to Section 15, EXPR is not liable for harm caused by the criminal acts of third parties, such as hacking, where we maintained reasonable security measures.

13. Third-party services and app stores

13.1 Third-party services. The Platform may link to or work with services we do not control, such as payment processors, maps, and calendars. Your use of them is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

13.2 Apple App Store. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store: (a) these Terms are between you and EXPR only, not Apple; (b) Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app; (c) if the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any) for the app, and to the maximum extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation; (d) Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection or privacy claims; (e) Apple is not responsible for investigating or defending any claim that the app infringes a third party's intellectual property rights; (f) you confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties; and (g) Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

13.3 Google Play. If you downloaded the app from Google Play, Google's terms also apply to your use of Google Play, and Google is not responsible for the app.

14. Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", AND EXPR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE ABOVE, EXPR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT: THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; ANY CONTENT OR LISTING IS ACCURATE; ANY GATHERING WILL TAKE PLACE, BE SAFE, BE LAWFUL, OR MATCH ITS DESCRIPTION; OR ANY USER IS WHO THEY CLAIM TO BE. EXPR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT, ONLINE OR OFFLINE, OF ANY ORGANIZER, ATTENDEE, OR OTHER USER, OR FOR ANY GATHERING.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.

15. Limitation of liability

15.1 Excluded damages. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER EXPR NOR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS (THE "EXPR PARTIES") WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE PLATFORM, ANY GATHERING, OR ANY INTERACTION WITH ANOTHER USER, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

15.2 Cap. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE EXPR PARTIES' TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE FEES YOU PAID TO EXPR (NOT INCLUDING TICKET AMOUNTS PAID TO ORGANIZERS) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD 100).

15.3 Exceptions. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence, where the law does not allow it to be limited; (b) our gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or fraud; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Where the law limits the extent to which liability can be excluded, our liability is excluded or limited only to the maximum extent the law allows.

15.4 Basis of the bargain. These limits reflect a reasonable allocation of risk and are an essential part of the agreement between you and EXPR. They allow us to offer the Platform at the prices we charge.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold harmless the EXPR Parties from and against any third-party claims, and related losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees, to the extent arising out of: (a) your breach of these Terms or of any law; (b) your Content; (c) your conduct at a gathering or toward another user, including any harm you cause; (d) your violation of any third party's rights; or (e) if you are an Organizer, your gatherings, as further set out in the Organizer Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by an EXPR Party's own negligence, wilful misconduct, or breach of these Terms. We will notify you of any claim, we may take control of the defence at our own cost, you will cooperate reasonably, and you will not settle any claim that affects an EXPR Party without our written consent.

17. Time limit to bring claims

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any claim by you or by EXPR arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arises; otherwise, it is permanently barred. This period is paused while the informal dispute resolution process in Section 18.2 is under way. This section does not apply where the law that governs your claim does not allow the limitation period to be shortened.

18. Dispute resolution — arbitration and class-action waiver

18.1 Who this applies to. This Section 18 applies to you unless Section 18.12 says otherwise.

18.2 Try to resolve it informally first. Before starting arbitration or a court case, the party with the dispute must send the other a written notice describing the dispute and the relief sought, including the sender's name, contact details, and the email address on the account. Send notices to EXPR at admin@expr.live; we will send notices to the email address on your account. Both parties will try in good faith to resolve the dispute for 60 days after the notice is received, including by a phone or video call if either party asks. Limitation periods are paused during this time.

18.3 Agreement to arbitrate. If the dispute is not resolved, you and EXPR agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, the Activity Waiver, our Privacy Policy, or your relationship with EXPR will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, except that: (a) either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies; (b) either party may go to court to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property or unauthorized access to the Platform; and (c) any claim for public injunctive relief that the governing law does not allow to be arbitrated will be decided by a court after the individual claims are arbitrated, and the court case will be paused until then.

18.4 Rules and administrator. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules and, where applicable, its Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules, as modified by this Section 18. If the AAA is unavailable, the parties will agree on another arbitration provider, or a court will appoint one. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this Section 18.

18.5 Fees. You will pay no more than the lower of the AAA's consumer filing fee or the fee you would pay to file a case in a court of general jurisdiction where you live. EXPR will pay all other AAA administrative fees and arbitrator fees, unless the arbitrator finds that your claim was frivolous or brought for an improper purpose, in which case the AAA rules will govern fees. Each party bears its own legal fees unless the law or the AAA rules allow the arbitrator to award them.

18.6 Location and hearing. The arbitration will take place in the county or region where you live, or by video, phone, or written submissions. For claims under USD 25,000, the arbitration will be decided on written submissions unless either party or the arbitrator requests a hearing.

18.7 Arbitrator’s authority. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could award, but only to the individual party bringing the claim and only to the extent needed to resolve that party's individual claim. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding, and judgment on it may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. The arbitrator will decide questions about the scope, interpretation, applicability, and enforceability of this Section 18, except that a court will decide: (a) whether the class-action waiver in Section 18.8 and the mass arbitration procedures in Section 18.9 are valid and enforceable; (b) whether a claim falls within an exception in Section 18.3; and (c) any claim for public injunctive relief.

18.8 CLASS-ACTION AND JURY-TRIAL WAIVER. YOU AND EXPR AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, UNLESS BOTH PARTIES AGREE IN WRITING. IF A DISPUTE PROCEEDS IN COURT RATHER THAN ARBITRATION, YOU AND EXPR EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. If a court finds this class-action waiver unenforceable for a particular claim or type of relief, that claim or relief (and only that claim or relief) will proceed in court and not in arbitration, and will be paused until the individual claims are arbitrated.

18.9 Mass arbitration. If 25 or more demands for arbitration raising similar claims are filed against EXPR within 180 days by or with the help of the same or coordinated counsel, the AAA Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules will apply, and the parties will cooperate in good faith to resolve the cases efficiently, including by agreeing to an initial set of test cases. Limitation periods are paused for all claimants while the process is under way. Nothing in this section prevents any claimant from having their individual claim decided in arbitration.

18.10 Opting out. You may opt out of this Section 18 by emailing admin@expr.live within 30 days after you first accept these Terms. Include your name, the email address on your account, and a clear statement that you are opting out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

18.11 Changes to this section. If we make a material change to this Section 18, you may reject the change by emailing admin@expr.live within 30 days after it takes effect, in which case the prior version of this Section 18 will continue to apply to you. A change to this Section 18 will never apply to a dispute that you or we gave notice of before the change took effect.

18.12 Consumers in the EU, UK, Switzerland, and other countries. If you are a consumer who lives in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another country whose law does not allow consumers to agree in advance to arbitration or to waive class or collective actions, Sections 18.3 to 18.11 do not apply to you, and you may bring proceedings in the courts where you live.

19. Governing law and courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and by the Federal Arbitration Act for Section 18. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. Any claim that is not arbitrated must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and EXPR consent to their jurisdiction; however, if you are a consumer, you may also bring a claim in the courts where you live if the law gives you that right. This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer or data-protection laws of the country where you live.

20. Suspension and termination

20.1 By you. You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time from the app.

20.2 By us. We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, if: you breach these Terms or any law; we reasonably believe your conduct creates a risk to other users, the public, or EXPR; we are required to do so by law; your account shows signs of fraud or abuse; or your account has been inactive for an extended period (after notice to you). Where Section 7.2 applies, we will tell you the reason and how to appeal. We may also discontinue the Platform with at least 30 days' notice, in which case we will refund any prepaid fees for services we will not provide.

20.3 Effect. When your account ends, your licence to use the Platform ends. Sections 4.2 to 4.4, 6, 8, and 12 to 22, and any other terms that by their nature should survive, will survive.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the law, our services, or safety needs. For material changes, we will give you at least 30 days' notice in the app or by email before they take effect, unless a shorter period is needed to comply with law or address an urgent safety or security issue, and we will ask you to accept the updated Terms by checking a box. If you do not accept, you may stop using the Platform and delete your account. Changes do not apply retroactively, and disputes arising before a change takes effect are governed by the version in effect when the dispute arose. Other changes take effect when posted. Previous versions are available on request.

22. General

22.1 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the documents in Section 1.3, are the entire agreement between you and EXPR about the Platform.

22.2 Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the rest of these Terms will remain in effect, subject to the specific rules in Section 18.8.

22.3 No waiver. Failing to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

22.4 Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, or to an affiliate, and we will notify you if we do.

22.5 Third-party beneficiaries. The EXPR Parties may rely on Sections 14 to 16, Apple may rely on Section 13.2, and Organizers may rely on the Activity Waiver. Otherwise, there are no third-party beneficiaries.

22.6 Events beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, labour disputes, or failures of utilities, networks, or third-party providers.

22.7 Electronic communications. You agree to receive notices and agreements electronically, and that electronic acceptance (including checking a box) has the same effect as a handwritten signature. We may send notices to the email address on your account or in the app. You may send notices to EXPR at admin@expr.live.

22.8 Relationship. You and EXPR are independent parties. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship.

22.9 Interpretation and language. "Including" means "including without limitation". Headings are for convenience only. If we provide a translation, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.

22.10 Export and sanctions. You will comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws in using the Platform.

22.11 Notice to California residents. Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3: the Platform is provided by EXPR, Inc., a Delaware corporation; charges for the Platform are described in Section 9; and to resolve a complaint, contact us at admin@expr.live. You may also contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Boulevard, Suite N 112, Sacramento, California 95834, or by telephone at (916) 445-1254 or (800) 952-5210.
