We’re a small team and we read every message. Email admin@expr.live and we’ll reply as soon as we can, usually within two working days.
Signing in
EXPR is invite-only for now. To create an account you need an invite code from a member, or you can join the waitlist on our home page. Members sign in in the app with Apple, Google or their email.
EXPR only ever asks for your password inside the EXPR app. If a page or message asks for your EXPR password anywhere else, it is not us: don’t enter it, and tell us at admin@expr.live.
Safety and reports
To report a person, a post or an event, use the report option in the app, or email admin@expr.live. The person you report is not told who reported them. In an emergency, call local emergency services (999 in the UAE).
Tickets and refunds
Events are run by their hosts. For a refund, contact the host first; if that doesn’t work, email us and we’ll help.
